Further, they have the fortitude to accept varying opinions without feeling personally attacked, knowing that it takes many minds to come up with a brilliant solution and are willing to share the spotlight of ideas.
These kinds of individuals make excellent leaders because they possess prudence and implications of actions.
These kinds of individuals are a rare and dying breed. But if you get a chance to encounter one of these dinosaurs, you are one of the very lucky few.
